Courtney is the owner and success coach at The Art of Ascending, a professional coaching practice that helps individuals, parents, and entrepreneurs elevate their lifestyles, families, and brands. She is also a certified social worker in New Jersey, working with youth and families facing mental and behavioral health challenges.

With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, Courtney specializes in professional development, personal growth, and parenting. She holds a master’s degree in Human Services Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, and she is a two-time published author.

In addition to her work in mental health, Courtney is a certified yoga instructor and parent coach. She integrates mindfulness with practical strategies to empower people to reach their fullest potential and make intentional choices to elevate their lives.

Jennifer Gregg is the founder and life coach at J. Gregg’s Journey Innovations, LLC (JGJI), a professional coaching practice dedicated to helping individuals and groups enhance their well-being and achieve their goals. She offers both in-person and virtual sessions, providing life skills training, corporate team-building workshops, and motivational talks for youth and adults.

Jennifer, also known as Coach Jen, is a certified life coach, teacher, and therapist with a strong educational background in Psychology, Sociology, Behavioral Studies, and Clinical Mental Health. She specializes in grief support, emotional regulation, stress management, goal setting, and life organizing. With over a decade of experience supporting children emotionally, she previously worked as a social worker with the NJ Department of Child Protection and Permanency and is currently working in child therapy.

In addition to her professional expertise, Jennifer’s personal experiences of overcoming childhood trauma and parental loss give her a unique perspective on healing and thriving. She believes that energy, self-disclosure, clarity, organization, and follow-through are key to building trust and comfort in the client-helper relationship.

Joyce Owens is a personable and engaging Professional Development Consultant, dedicated to providing customized solutions that align with the unique needs of her clients. With a focus on collaboration and sustainability, Joyce is passionate about crafting development strategies that drive impactful, long-term results.
